Play date at Dax's house

Here is a slideshow of our play date at Auntie Beth's and Dax-man's house! From playing outside....to sharing toys, trains & cars....to going to time out a few times...watching cartoons & Dax-man's fishies...to eating chicken nuggets, crackers, and apples...it was a BLAST!! Thanks Beth!

Catching some zzzz's,....going to work with Daddy!

So Avayah always helps her Daddy get ready for work...you can say it's their thing. They brush their teeth together, do their hair, and Vay helps Daddy with his tie. Occasionally she gets dressed in Daddy's clothes (shoes and all)...So here is her latest selection!

Adalynne is already making herself mighty comfortable in mommy & daddy's bed.

I can't begin to describe how much my daughter LOVES cake! "Happy Cake" as she calls it! So when we going over to her cousin's (Dax) birthday party..you can imagine the car ride. Mom-is there going to be happy cake?? Fresh happy cake?? I was dying laughing during our car ride as Avayah went on and on about how much she LOVES happy cake. So here is a picture of her enjoying Dax's really cute Mickey Mouse Birthday (happy) cake!

When I became pregnant with Adalynne..of course I had tons of worries for Avayah. How will she adjust? Is she going to be able to share Mommy & Daddy? So a main worry of mine was..how is Avayah going to react to Mommy breastfeeding Adalynne? I asked one of my experienced mommy friends how her daughter did with the situation...sure enough my daugther did the same thing. Only a picture can describe!

I have to admit it is too funny & cute. She is such a mommy to her baby doll~Sallie. She even makes sure to burp her too.

Trying out the Blog

Well after seeing how many of my friends blog I thought this would be great way for our family to keep intouch. I can post daily events & pictures easier than emailing all it. So here we go! Hope you enjoy!
