GW Exotic Animal Park

This past Sunday the girls, Trav, Pawpaw, and I loaded up and headed to the GW Exotic Animal Park in Wynnewood. We had a blast! The park if full of exotic wildlife that has been rescued or retired from circus's or shows.

Every exhibit is literally three feet away. So huge lions, tigers, and bears (oh, my!) are about three feet from your fingertips. Avayah loved it!

The guys had a scare too...the facilities largest bear charged the cage at them right when they both were taking pictures of him. I don't think I've ever seen my husband or father-in-law jump back so far! It was purely hilarious!!!

Addy Grace....

This is the Addy making a huge mess in sister's room-while sister is in mommy's bed taking a nap. When the cat is away, the mouse will play. That is exactly what Little Miss Addy loves to do...she loves to play in Vay's barbie house too.



Here is a pic of Adalynne & her best little friend Maddy. They are so cute when they get together, they share their pacifiers with one another, exchange sippy cups...it's so cute. Addy just loves her little friend.

Date night at Chili's

Last week, Trav and I met some of our friends at Chili's for a group date night without our little ones! We had so much fun!

Tea Party

Avayah had a tea party with her friends, Hadley & Emercyn. We all met at the park and they sipped apple juice from their little tea cups and ate little cakes. It was too cute. They had so much fun!

Swim Lessons

Earlier this month Vay took swim lessons at the Mustang Pool. It turned out to be absolutely great! She loved, loved going every morning. Her instructor said she was such a great kid with lots of potential.

She completed all of the preschool first level skills and half of the second level skills. She can float, and kick her legs like crazy. She tried going under a few times, but she doesn't get the concept of blowing bubbles while you are submerged just yet.

She did so great and we a so proud of our lil honey!

Hanging outside with Gramma

While Melanie-aka Gramma & Tay were here in OKC house hunting, we all got together for a couple of nights. The girls had fun playing outside with their Gramma; blowing bubbles, riding their toys, and playing with the water table, while Trav & Pawpaw cooked out on the grill.

Aunt Laurie comes to visit!

A couple of weeks ago my Aunt Laurie-from California, came through Oklahoma & stayed with my mom for a few days. So the girls and I loaded up and headed to Altus for the afternoon.

We had such a great time visiting with her and Vay loved her lil dog Rosie.

Daddy's Fishing Girl

This afternoon Trav & Pawpaw took Avayah fishing. She got to catch some little perch & feed some ducks!

Avayah loves, loves little creatures! She'll just pick up worms, frogs, and fish like it's nothing! GROSS! Her daddy has definitely been trying to make her his tom girl, thank goodness I just doubled our dance lessons this year! =)

Adalynne's 1st Birthday Celebration

On Sunday we had Adalynne's 1st Birthday Party at our home. We had lots of friends & family come over to help us celebrate our precious little girl turning 1! The kids had a blast playing on the bouncer, riding on the barbie jeep, chowing on some pizza, and of course getting to eat Happy Cake! At the end all the kids got to bust open the Princess Castle pinata, hilarious to watch them gather all the candy!!
